They're finished on a premium, organic feed that's completely soy-free and corn-free, because what an animal eats matters just as much as how it lives.
We searched hard to source pork we'd be proud to put our name on, and when we tried these chops, the decision was easy. The fat cap alone tells the whole story — rich, nutty, and deeply flavorful in a way that only comes from an animal raised right on the right diet.
