Our search for the best raw milk cheese took us through plenty of good ones, but none that made us stop in our tracks. Then, at a small farmers market in Tennessee, we met a cheesemaker with ten years of craft behind him and a table full of cheese that ended the search for good.

Every cheese from Maid-n-Meadows is made with 100% raw milk from his own cows and sheep, raised regeneratively on open pasture. Nothing is pasteurized and nothing is rushed. This pure, raw milk, paired with a decade of patient craftsmanship, creates depth and character you simply can't find in mass-produced cheese.

This is cheese the way it used to be made, from a farmer who cares for his land, his animals, and every block that leaves his farm. We're proud to bring it from his pasture to your table.

Made from 100% raw sheep's milk, this nutty, buttery cheese pairs beautifully with honey or fig jam. Many people who struggle with cow's milk find sheep's milk easier to enjoy.
