What Cheese Should I Choose?:
Georgia Gouda - 5 oz. - Georgia Gouda is a raw cow's milk cheese that is aged more than 60 days. This cheese has a deep yellow color, is very dense, yet creamy and has a little tart, tangy flavor at first which slowly fades to a smooth finish with some sweetness. Georgia Gouda is also a great melting cheese, so try it as an addition to fondue or on your burger or on vegetable.
Heat - 5 oz. - Heat is mildly spicy and smoky, slightly different from your average pepper jack. Each wheel is handcrafted and aged as least 60 days to create a semi-firm, flavored cheese. Real chili peppers including Pasilla and Ancho provide the kick while the Chipotle and Paprika give Heat its smokiness. This cheese melts well and will spice up your favorite meals. This cheese made with pasteurized milk.
Thomasville Tomme - 5 oz. - A raw cow's milk cheese made in the style of a French farmhouse table cheese. This natural rinded, semi-soft cheese is aged at least 60 for a subtle yet complex earthy flavor and creamy texture. This Tomme is a homage to Sweetgrass's hometown. Great in a wide range of culinary applications
