Unlike meat which can be frozen, milk is at its nutritional peak and most flavorful when fresh from the farm. My weekly pilgrimages to countryside dairies throughout Georgia revealed an untapped treasure of pure, nutrient-dense milk that most urban dwellers simply couldn't access.

That's when the realization struck: "No one has time to drive to the countryside for a simple glass of milk... we need to bring back the milkman!"
